I am trying to recover my account. Unfortunately, we switched email domains before changing emails in various platforms, including jotform. Now, we cannot access the recovery email and therefore cannot sign in.
How do I recover our account?

- Scroll down to the form on that page.
- Fill out all the requested details (including your old email/domain, any possible usernames, links to your forms, and any billing info if applicable) so we can locate and verify the account.
- Submit the form and wait for our support team to review and contact you at your new, accessible email address.
If you’re not sure what email or username the account might be under, tell me any form URLs or website pages where your forms are embedded, and I can guide you on what to include in the recovery form.
