Remove Access Code

    Please remove the authentication code requirement from this account.

    This account is shared by three employees. The new authentication code process does not function correctly for shared access.

    If removal of the authentication code is not possible, please advise whether the authentication code can be sent to three separate email addresses.

    Our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are single-user plans, allowing only one login session at a time. If you need an account for multiple users, consider upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts support your entire team and give you full control and visibility over all member actions for IT audit purposes.
