    Hi Ernie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Let me help you with enabling a release and waiver of liability form for signature in your check-in sheet app built with Jotform.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Add a Signature field to your form in the Form Builder. This will allow users to sign the release and waiver of liability.
    2. Enable Jotform Sign Automation: In Form Builder, go to Settings and then Jotform Sign.
    3. Toggle on Enable Jotform Sign Automation.
    4. Select the email field from your form using the Select Email Field dropdown. This is where the signed document will be sent.
    5. Select or create a PDF document in the PDF Editor that represents your release and waiver of liability form. Use the Select a PDF Document dropdown or click +Create New PDF Document if you don't have one yet.
    6. If desired, toggle on Send Audit Trail to include a detailed audit trail with the signed document.

Once set up, your signees will be able to sign the release and waiver form electronically as part of your check-in sheet app, and you can manage and download the signed documents from the Sign Inbox in your Workspace.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Ernie,

If you'd like to add a Release and Waiver of Liability form directly into your Jotform App, you can do that by using one of our available templates or creating your own form. If that’s not quite what you’re looking for, can you share a bit more info so I can help you better?

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Hi Kale,

I created the form, but I'm having trouble entering it into the app. That's the step I need help with. The idea is that I would like an app to track our open house traffic, with basic fill-in responses like name, email, etc. The last thing is to sign the liability waiver within the app.

    Hi Ernie,

It’s easy to show a form in your Jotform App. Here’s how to do that:

    1. In App Builder, select the Form element, and then click on the Gear icon.
    2. Next, in the menu that opens on the right, under the General tab, toggle on Show Form.
