    Hi!

I reached out about this previously and it was fixed, but I’m running into the same issue again. It’s a new month, so my monthly usage should have been reset, but I’m getting the “Form Over Quota” error. Could you please check on your end and let me know what might be causing this?

    Thank you!

    Hi PEORY,

Regarding the "Form Over Quota" error still appearing despite your monthly limits being reset and recalculated, here are some important points and steps to resolve this issue:

The "Form Over Quota" error typically appears when your account reaches limits on submissions, payment submissions, signed documents, form views, or upload space.

If your usage page shows you are below the limits but you still get this error, try the following steps to fix it:

    1. Go to your Workspace page and hover over your account avatar on the top-right side.
    2. Click on Settings from the dropdown menu.
    3. Click the Clear Cache button next to the Form Caches option to clear your form cache.
    4. Clear your browser cache and log in to your account again.

If the issue persists after these steps, it might be related to the total submission limit or other account limits. You can check your monthly limit reset date on your Account Usage page.

Also, if you have reached the total submission limit, old submissions may be deleted automatically. Consider downloading your submission data as a backup and deleting old submissions to free space.

For more detailed information, you can refer to the guides on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits and How to Free Up Space in Your Account's Upload Limit.

Give these steps a try and let us know how it goes.

Wait, I think April was skipped. Why does it go from March to May?

    Hi peorycake,

I've checked your account and can see that the monthly limits have been reset, so April was not skipped. The issue persists even after I recalculated your limits and cleared your form cache, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. We’ll follow up as soon as we have any news.
