Podo: Support SpecialistHi PWDCA,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
The issue you're encountering with pasting the PayPal button code into the Advanced Designer likely arises because Jotform does not support embedding custom HTML or form code directly into the form builder or Advanced Designer. Instead, Jotform provides built-in PayPal integrations that allow you to add PayPal payment fields properly without needing to paste custom PayPal button code.
Let me help you with that:
- Open your form in Jotform Form Builder.
- Click on Add Form Element on the left side.
- Go to the Payments tab.
- Search for and select the PayPal integration that fits your needs (such as PayPal Business).
- Connect your PayPal account and configure the payment settings as needed.
This method ensures your PayPal payment integration works smoothly without errors in the Advanced Designer.
Note that some older PayPal products like PayPal Express, Pro, Invoicing, and Checkout have been discontinued in Jotform, so you should use the current PayPal integration available.
If you want to customize the appearance of your PayPal button, you can do so within the payment field settings rather than pasting custom HTML code.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
