The order form I created technically works on my end. When someone uses the form, I get their order and can see what they are ordering. However, when the user submits, the form never completes on their end, which leads to a lot of double ordering or client frustration. When they click submit, it does not bring them to the thank you page. Either the page goes nowhere at all and just displays the loading symbol, or it directs to a blank page entirely. This indicates to the user that the form did not submit, so they will submit over and over again.

Note that custom scripts or JavaScript cannot be used to modify the Thank You page, and some older tricks to customize the confirmation page may no longer work due to security updates.
