Podo: Support SpecialistHi Martina,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
It seems you are not getting responses to your form. Let me show you how to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Check your email notification settings: Open your form in Form Builder, go to Settings, then Emails. Make sure you have an active Notification email set up to receive responses.
2. Verify the recipient email address: In the Notification email settings, confirm that the recipient email address is correct and not misspelled.
3. Check your spam or junk folder: Sometimes notification emails may end up there, so please verify your email inbox thoroughly.
4. Ensure your form is published and active: If the form is disabled or not published, responses won't be collected properly.
5. Test your form: Submit a test entry yourself and check if you receive the notification email.
If you want to add a question that appears only when some answers are not filled in, you can use Conditional Logic. Here’s how to do it:
1. Open your form in Form Builder and add a Single Choice Element with Yes or No choices before the Page Break or Submit Button.
2. Set the Single Choice Element as Required and hide it initially under the Advanced tab.
3. Go to Settings > Conditions > Add a New Condition > Show/Hide Field.
4. Set conditions to show this question only when some answers are empty, and hide the Page Break if the answer is No.
This way, you can prompt users to complete missing answers before submitting.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
