Slack Integration: Unable to Download Uploaded Files from Forms

I have my forms integrated with Slack, we cannot get the uploaded files in slack as of about an hour ago. Our forms are not HIPAA - and Slack is SOCII - it does not give me the option to "send Verification code" in settings. I need this rolled back

There are no major changes with Jotform's Slack integration. I recommend reconnecting the Slack integration, as this often resolves temporary issues. In the meantime, I suggest checking any internal logs or Slack messages and share it with us to further troubleshoot the problem.

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

i sent these to someone yesterday. We cannot grab the uploaded documents in slack

Just did what you said re do slack integration - did not work! I do not want to have to log in to retrieve the documents - this why we have it integrated. I did not ask for the settings to change, and I do not have a HIPAA account - undo the setting please (messing up my workflow)

Why- this is an issue on your side - I cannot uncheck that setting in the Security settings. I don't want Zapier. I want this go be fixed - you made a change yesterday afternoon to my account and I'd like it to be undone. The screen shot of the settings have been uploaded.

I will be looking for a different solution. Slack is SOCII and we are not dealing with HIPAA.
