Nonprofit Plan & Technical Issue

    Hello,

    I want to make sure that we are enrolled in the nonprofit pricing for our account Project Street Vet under danae@projectstreetvet.org - can you please confirm?

    Additionally for one of our waiver PDF autodownloads that we have dropping in a google drive folder and attaching to auto-emails, the name and email of the signer is not populating. This is for the non-vet waiver of our account. the Vet waiver is working correctly. Can you please adivse?

    1. About nonprofit pricing We offer discounts for non-profit organizations. To confirm if your account under danae@projectstreetvet.org is already on the nonprofit discount, please:
    • Log in to your Jotform account.
    • Go to My Account > Billing and check your current plan and pricing details.
    • If you haven’t applied yet, you can submit your nonprofit application here: Apply for non-profit discount.
    1. About the non-vet waiver PDF not showing name and email This usually happens if the fields are not correctly mapped in the PDF document or in the email/Google Drive settings. Please try the following:
    • Open your non-vet waiver form in Form Builder.
    • Go to the PDF Editor (from the top-left dropdown) and open the PDF that’s being auto-downloaded.
    • Check that the Name and Email fields are added to the PDF and that they’re pulling the correct form fields (you can delete and re-add them from the Form Fields panel if needed).
    • Next, go to Settings > Emails, edit the autoresponder email, and under the Advanced tab, make sure the correct PDF document is selected for the attachment.
    • For Google Drive, go to Settings > Integrations > Google Drive and confirm that the same updated PDF is selected there as well.

    If you can share the form URL of the non-vet waiver and confirm which fields should show as “name” and “email,” I can guide you more precisely on what to adjust.
