TichelmanThe account submission history is incorrect ; showing over 370 instead of teh actual off 8.
Here is the chat history with Podo:To help you find the missing entries, I need a bit more detail about where you’re looking. Please tell me whether you’re viewing Jotform Tables or Inbox, and share the form name or URL where you only see 8 entries.

Thanks, that helps narrow it down. For this specific case, support has flagged it as a missing-submission issue on Jotform’s side, not a settings or filter problem in your account, which is why you only see 8 in that Tables URL even though more exist on the backend. The next step is to contact Jotform Support directly and reference that this is a “missing submissions in Tables for form 221466008950050 (backend shows 1000+ but UI only shows 8, trash empty, no filters)” so they can investigate and restore visibility on their side.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Bart,
It appears that the issue you are experiencing with the submission count in Jotform Tables is a known missing-submission issue on Jotform's side. This means the discrepancy between the backend submission count and what you see in the UI is not due to any settings or filters in your account.
To address this, the support team has flagged this as an issue that requires investigation and restoration of visibility from Jotform's side. Since you already have the form URL and details, the best course is to continue referencing this specific issue with the form ID 221466008950050 and explain that the backend shows many submissions but the UI only displays 8, with no filters or trash affecting the count.
This will help the support team focus on restoring the missing submissions in your Tables view.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

TichelmanLooks like the annual count is fixed, but the monthly count is still wrong (April submissions)

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Bart,
Regarding the issue with the monthly submission count for April still being incorrect, you can try increasing your monthly submission limit permanently without upgrading your account. Let me show you how:
- On your Workspace page, click on your Profile Image or Avatar in the top-right corner.
- In the menu that opens, click on Settings.
- Go to the Increase Limits page on the left side of the screen, and then complete the tasks to increase your account's submission limits.

Let us know if you need any more help.

Reymae JotForm SupportHi Bart,
I checked your account’s monthly submission limit, and it’s currently 0 out of the 100 allowed under your Starter (Free) plan. You should be able to receive more submissions on your forms without any issues.
If you encounter an overlimit error while accessing a form, you can try resetting your form cache. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
