htsieveI created a clone of Soccer 2025 Registration. I then updated the form and changed the name to Soccer 2026 Registration, but when I share the link the name still says Clone of Soccer 2025 Registration. I do not recall having this issue in the past.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Heather,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
When you clone a form and change its name, sometimes the shared link might still display the old or cloned form name. Let me show you how to properly update the form name so it reflects correctly when sharing:
- Go to My Forms in your Jotform account.
- Select the cloned form (Soccer 2026 Registration) you want to rename.
- Click on the form name at the top of the Form Builder to edit it directly, or go to Settings > Form Settings and update the form title there.
- Save the changes and then copy the share link again.
This should update the form name that appears when you share the link.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

htsieveI have done both of those things.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Heather,
Since you have already updated the form name in both the Form Builder and Form Settings but the shared link still shows the old name, here are some additional steps you can try to resolve this issue:
- Clear your browser cache or try opening the shared link in a private/incognito window to ensure you are seeing the latest version.
- Check if you have any form caching or embedding settings that might be causing the old name to persist.
- Try re-copying the share link from the My Forms page after saving the changes to the form name.
If the issue still persists, it might be a temporary caching issue on Jotform's side that usually resolves itself after some time.
Give these steps a try and let us know how it goes.

Shirized JotForm SupportHi Heather,
We’ve carefully read your feedback about the support you’ve gotten, and we realize how disappointing it is that this still hasn’t been resolved after following the steps that our Support agent suggested. Going back to your concern, it's easy to change the text that appears on the browser tab. We'll just edit the Page Title in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Now, click on Show More Options to expand the Form Settings.
- Scroll down and enter the title to be displayed on pages in the Page Title section.
Check out the screenshot below to see the change:
