I need assistance accessing the jotforms link sjrmc.jotform.com. The former manager had the only administrator access to this site. I can access their email profile and received the password reset link but it is now asking me for the Authenticator code which we no longer have access to the former manager's mobile phone.
Former manager is Dan Mills dmills@sjrmc.net.

I understand you are looking for assistance getting into the Enterprise Server for San Juan Medical Center, but the only server admin is unable to access their 2FA information. I can see on the Enterprise server that the only admin does show as having been able to login today. Were you able to get access to the account as needed?

Hi Jerrid Arviso,
Since you were able to log in, you should now be able to change the account email address to yours. Changing your account email address only takes a minute. Let me show you how:
1. On your Workspace page, click on the Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. In the Dropdown menu that comes up, click on your name.

3. On the right side of the page, under the Email section, click on Edit.

4. Next, enter the new email address you want to use and click on Save.

5. In the Confirmation window that opens, enter the Authentication Code sent to your new email and click on Verify.
