Error in monthly usage

    Hi, we have an account with a limit of 10,000 submissions per month. It always reinitiates on the first day of every month. However, today it is April 1 and it shows that we have over 6,000 submissions (out of 10,000 which is our limit). That cannot be possible. Could you please check?
