File upload field won't accept my MP4 files.

    Im trying to upload videos to send to my laywer thru his jotform online portal. It wont accept my mp4 files

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    The only form on your account is blank. What form are you referring to?

    Also, to allow MP4 uploads into the File Upload field, you need to add ", mp4" at the end of the File Types area as shown below.

    You can use the File Upload field and add the .mp4 in the supported file types.
