ELA_RentalsOn or about March 6th, our payment option disappeared from the form. This allowed 37 purchases FOR FREE throughout March.
Why did this happen? How can we prevent this from happening again??

Podo: Support SpecialistHi ELA,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding the payment option disappearing from your form around March 6th, this can happen if the payment integration was accidentally removed, switched, or disabled in your form settings. This would allow submissions without payment, resulting in free purchases.
Let me show you how to check and fix this to prevent it from happening again:
- Open your form in Form Builder.
- Click on the Product List field in your form where the payment integration is set.
- Check the Credit Card icon on the right side of the Product List field. If it's missing, it means the payment integration is removed.
- To restore or change the payment method, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side, then under the Payment tab, click the Three Dots icon next to your payment method and select Switch to Another Gateway.
- Choose your preferred payment gateway and confirm by clicking Use Selection and OK.
This will ensure the payment option is active and customers cannot submit the form without paying.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Bojan Support Team LeadHi ELA_Rentals,
I have checked your form, and it looks like someone modified the Payment field on March 5th, which probably cause an issue with the form:
Jotform keeps logs of login history, so you can easily check from the account settings who logged into the account around that time:
- Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
- Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and expand the dropdown menu.
- From the list, choose Logins and you should see a list of all IPs that were used when logging in.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
