Hello, since yesterday we've been having trouble accessing our Jotform account. We're receiving the error "Too Many Requests". Via AI chat, we were told to wait a while before trying again, but even after waiting several hours without any login attempts, the problem persists. The email used to access the account is convocatoria.mv@institutoculturalvale.org

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. The “Too Many Requests” message appears when multiple people try to access the account simultaneously from different devices.
Keep in mind that our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are single-user plans, allowing only one login session at a time. If you need an account for multiple users, consider upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts support your entire team and give you full control and visibility over all member actions for IT audit purposes.
Meanwhile, I've gone ahead and flushed your login attempts. You should be able to log in now.
