Podo: Support SpecialistHi Isaac,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
If you have a paid subscription but still see the Jotform logo on your forms, it is likely because the branding removal option has not been disabled yet. By default, the Jotform branding appears on forms for Starter plan users, but if you have upgraded to Bronze, Silver, or Gold plans, you can remove it.
Let me show you how:
- Go to your Workspace page and click on your Profile Picture/Avatar at the top-right side of the page.
- Select Settings to open your Account Settings page.
- On the right side of the Jotform Branding section, uncheck the box next to Show "Powered by Jotform" on my forms.
Note that Jotform branding may still appear in autoresponder emails set up before upgrading, so you will need to edit those manually to remove the branding.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Bojan Support Team LeadHi Isaac,
By looking at your screenshot, it looks like you're referring to Notification or Autoresponder email. By default, the email will look like the one you shared, but this can be modified. Let me show you how:
- While in Form Builder, click on Settings at the top orange bar.
- From the left menu, choose Emails.
- Hover over the email you wish to edit, and click Pen icon.
Once here, you'll be able to modify the look of your email.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
