AI Agent>Chatbot: Remove the auto pop-up question

i have a simple chatbot on my website to help with FAQs, but now for some reason it's opening on the site and popping up two questions that I never taught it. I want it to just open with the greeting I typed in and the text box for clients

In your Agent Builder, make sure the Welcome Style of the chatbot is set to Avatar and not Quick Input. Let me walk you through on how to change it:

1. In AI Agent Builder, in the left side menu, click on Chatbot.

2. Hover your mouse over the Chatbot at the center and click on the Gear icon.

3. Next, in the Chatbot Settings panel on the right, go to the Welcome tab.

4. Finally, select Avatar as the Welcome Style.
