I can't sign up because the password isn't correct, and I don't recieve the email to reset password

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The email address you shared isn't linked to a Jotform account. This is why you're not getting any password reset emails. But you mentioned you can't sign up for a Jotform account. Are you getting an error message? Below are the steps you should follow to sign up for a Jotform account:
- Go to the Jotform webite, then click on the Sign up for free button on the top right.
- A notification message will pop up. Enter your email address inside the box and click on the Continue button.
- Now, complete the details and check the box on terms of service.
- Finally, click on the Sign up button.
