brianalishea2022I've gone through the steps of clearing my Form Submissions and Purging them from the Trash, also cleared my Form Cache, and it still shows my Upload Space is 104/100MB. Please resolve this issue as soon as you can with my account, please. Thank you!

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Brian,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Your account has reached the upload space limit of 100MB on the Free Plan, which is why it shows 104/100MB. Even though you have cleared form submissions, purged them from the trash, and cleared your form cache, the upload space limit is still enforced based on your current plan.
To resolve this issue, you have two options:
- Free up upload space: Delete and purge submissions that contain uploaded files to free up space. Make sure to also clear your form cache after deleting files to ensure the system recalculates your usage.
- Upgrade your account: Upgrading to a paid plan will increase your upload space limit along with other benefits such as more submissions, form views, and removal of branding. You can upgrade anytime from the Jotform Pricing Page. The limits increase immediately after upgrading.
Here’s how to free up upload space by deleting and purging submissions with uploaded files:
- Open your Jotform Submission Table and select the submissions with uploaded files.
- Click on Delete in the upper-right corner and confirm by moving them to Trash.
- Go to the Trashed Entries from the three dots menu in the Submission Table.
- Select the trashed submissions and click Delete Forever to purge them.
- Clear your form cache to ensure the upload space is recalculated.
If you want to upgrade your account, visit the Pricing Page, select a plan, and follow the upgrade steps with payment details.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
