App builder: Only Page 1 Converts, Subsequent Pages Not Included

It only shows page 1, and it doesnt convert the subsequent pages, please help

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you include your form in your app, it will only show Page 1, but as the form filler progresses and clicks on the Next button, subsequent pages will show. Check out the screencast below for a quick demo:

Thanks Raymond, but it is not working that way for me. I have a Form with 3 pages, but when I publish it as an App, only the first page shows. Please may you assist

To confirm, are you referring to this form? If so, I cloned your form to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything is working as expected. Take a look at the screencast below:
