Unable to submit form due to Incomplete Values error

    I am experiencing an issue where my clients cannot submit the form even when all fields are completed. The form reads as though a field is missing, specifically showing the error message "Incomplete Values Consent and Acknowledgment is required." This problem occurs on both mobile and desktop devices. I have checked the settings, and they are set correctly, but the issue persists and the form still does not submit. The form URL is https://form.jotform.com/260878316612057. I need assistance to resolve this submission problem.

    Hi Nicole,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
