    I am no longer affiliated with the company for which I purchased this subscription and service. Jotform is heavily integrated into their website and online presence, though.


    I would like to transfer this account and subscription to the company, and remove my billing information.

    Hi Mike,

    Transferring your Jotform account and subscription to your company and removing your billing information involves a few steps. Let me walk you through how to transfer your forms and data to another account, which is the closest option for transferring ownership:

    • When you transfer a form, all its submission data moves with it, and the receiving account becomes the new owner.
    • If you're using a custom URL, it will automatically update to the new owner's username.
    • The transfer cannot be undone unless the new owner agrees to send the forms back.
    • It's not possible to transfer forms to or from HIPAA-friendly accounts.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to your Workspace page and click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner.
    2. Click on Settings in the window that opens.
    3. Click on the Data tab on the left side.
    4. In the Transfer Form section, click on Transfer Form.
    5. Enter the authentication code sent to your email and click Verify.
    6. Select the forms you want to transfer.
    7. Enter the email address of the company account you want to transfer to.
    8. Click Transfer Form to send the transfer request.

    The new owner will receive an email to accept the transfer. Please note you can only transfer forms one at a time, and forms connected to Jotform Apps, Store Builder, or Workflows need to have those connections removed first.

    Regarding removing your billing information, the new account owner will need to set up their own subscription and billing details after accepting the transfer. You can also update or remove your billing information in your account settings under the Billing tab.
