The forms won't upload, from the get go we we're not able to scan straight from the tablet but couldn't. We have logged in and thought it would automatically pull up questionnaire to this tablet

Hi Cynthia,

I'd be happy to help with your issue! When you do scan the form, does it register on the Jotform mobile app, or does it not go through at all? If it does go through, what happens on the Jotform end? Does the questionnaire not appear in the app, or what happens to it?
