Jotform AI Agent - Displaying buttons after every response

    Hi, suddenly my AI Agent is displaying the greeting buttons after EVERY response. Even while filling out a form. I can't figure out how to get it back to only displaying these during the greeting.

    I've reviewed all of the settings and actions. Nothing indicates the buttons should appear over and over again.

    Hi John,

    It’s easy to edit the button on your AI Agent Greeting. Let me show you how:

    1. In AI Agent Builder, click on the Gear icon on the right side of the page to open the Standalone Settings.
    2. Under the Greeting tab, click on the button you want to edit and enter the new text.

    Yep, I have this configured. The problem is the buttons appear after EVERY response. not just the greeting.

    Currently, there is no specific setting in AI Agent Builder to restrict greeting buttons to only appear during the initial greeting. The buttons configured in the Greeting tab tend to show up after every response by design.

    If you want to avoid the buttons appearing repeatedly, you might need to review any custom actions or conditions set in the AI Agent Builder that could be triggering the buttons after each response.

    One approach is to check the Actions section in AI Agent Builder under the Train tab to see if any rules are causing the buttons to reappear after responses.

    Unfortunately, the current system does not provide a direct toggle to limit greeting buttons strictly to the first greeting only.
