I need help to reset my password. I don't get the email to reset it and the ai bot says it has been successful, but its not in mu junk or inbox.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked, our system shows that there's no password reset email send to the email used to create this thread. Is this the email linked to the account that you want to reset the password? If so, I noticed that it was only created today.
But if that's the email, I have gone ahead and trigger the Password reset password and it was successfully sent. You can check out our How to Reset Your Jotform Password guide for more information.
