Appointmet basic element manual time slots

Hi, I’m currently using the Appointment Field in Jotform and I wanted to ask if there is a way to create manual/custom time slots instead of auto-generated intervals.

Specifically, I would like each time slot to include additional information such as the pickup location (e.g., Forum, Costco, etc.), so users can clearly see both the time and the location when selecting a slot.

Is this functionality available, or is there a recommended workaround?
