Login Authentication Code

    When logging in to our group account, it is asking to send an authentication code to the email of an employee who is no longer here. How can this be changed.

This authentication code appears when multiple devices try to log in to the same account, and Jotform's standard plans are designed for individual, single-user use, allowing only one login session at a time.

    If you are accessing the account from a different device or location, make sure to log out from the previous session before logging in again. If you need multiple users to access the account, you might want to consider upgrading to a Jotform Enterprise plan, which supports multiple users with full control and visibility.
