Podo: Support SpecialistGood morning Corie! To move your existing forms and data from your individual Jotform account into your Jotform Enterprise account, you’ll need to use our form transfer feature and, for Enterprise, also work with your Enterprise team.
Here’s how to start the transfer from your individual account:
- Go to your Account → Data page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data
- Scroll to the bottom and click Transfer Forms.
- Enter the verification code sent to your individual account’s registered email.
- Search for and select up to 15 forms per request that you want to move.
- Click Transfer Forms to send the transfer request to the Enterprise account owner.
Then, from the Enterprise account side, the owner/admin needs to:
- Go to their Account → Data page and look under Pending Transfers.
- Click View Details (or use the View Transfer Request link from the email they receive).
- Enter the verification code sent to their registered email.
- Review the list of forms and click Accept, then Accept again to confirm.
A few important notes:
- Each transfer request can include a maximum of 15 forms, and you can create up to 20 transfer requests within 60 minutes.
- When you transfer a form, its settings and styles move with it.
- Enterprise account transfers require contacting Enterprise Support, so your Enterprise admin may also need to reach out to Jotform Enterprise Support to complete or coordinate the migration on the Enterprise side.
- You can’t transfer Sign Documents, Workflows, AI Agents, or Apps.
- If you see an error like “You can’t transfer forms that are connected to other Jotform products,” you’ll need to disconnect those first (Workflows, Apps, AI Agents, Tables connections, Boards, or Team Workspaces) before trying again.
If you want to transfer your account’s ownership, you can change your account’s email address from the Account Settings page. Let me know if that’s the case for you.
If you’d like, share whether you’re the Enterprise admin or just the individual account owner, and I can tailor the exact steps for your setup.
