Hi, the credit card linked to our account is for an employee who has left the business (David Mulquiney). As a result, the card is going to be cancelled. Can I please ask for assistance in transferring the payment over to a new card. Thank you

- Go to your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image at the top-right corner, and select Settings.
- Navigate to the Billing section in the menu on the left, then click on the Manage Payment Methods button.
- In the window that opens, click on Add New Payment Method.
- Enter the new credit card details, select the Set As Primary option, and click on Add New Payment Method.
Your payment method will be updated, with the new card set as primary and the old card saved as a backup. This will ensure your future payments are charged to the new card.
