    Hi coachbrad,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding your wufoo forms, Jotform does not have a direct import feature for wufoo forms, so you would typically need to recreate them manually in Jotform.

However, to make this easier, you can export your wufoo form data and then import it into Jotform Tables, but the form structure itself will need to be rebuilt in Jotform's Form Builder.

If you want, I can guide you step-by-step on how to recreate your forms efficiently in Jotform or how to export/import data.

Let me know how you'd like to proceed.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Brad

You can import your form on our Wufoo Migration Portal. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Wufoo Migration Portal, click on Start Migrating Now.

I tried the above and I’m getting a message “something went wrong” is there any technical support available?

    Hi Brad,

Can you ensure your Wufoo username/subdomain and API key are entered correctly and are still valid, and that your Wufoo account has the necessary permissions for API access? It’s also worth checking that there aren’t any connectivity issues or firewall restrictions blocking the request. If the issue persists, try generating a new API key from your Wufoo account and use that instead.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
