Form reverts to page 1 on next button when using iOS

I am having issues with a form that i have built, it has been working well for months, however as of late last week my staff utilising the form have experienced significant issues,Specifically that the Next button on Page 1 refreshes the page instead of going to Page 2 on iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 16.7.14, both on the direct link and inside a Jotform App.I have already tried clearing form cache, disabling conditions, testing in different browsers, and that the issue is only on mobile; this will help the support engineer reproduce and escalate it faster.

Hi PDS_Compliance,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we don't have an iPhone 8 to test this but I've gone ahead and used an iPhone SE 2020 16.4 to see if I can replicate the issue, and the same thing happened to me. I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
