PDS_ComplianceI am having issues with a form that i have built, it has been working well for months, however as of late last week my staff utilising the form have experienced significant issues,
Specifically that the Next button on Page 1 refreshes the page instead of going to Page 2 on iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 16.7.14, both on the direct link and inside a Jotform App.
I have already tried clearing form cache, disabling conditions, testing in different browsers, and that the issue is only on mobile; this will help the support engineer reproduce and escalate it faster.Page URL: https://form.jotform.com/251841073783864 -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we don't have an iPhone 8 to test this but I've gone ahead and used an iPhone SE 2020 16.4 to see if I can replicate the issue, and the same thing happened to me. I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
