Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding your issue with the Submit button disappearing when selecting a product with Venmo/Payment enabled, this behavior is related to how payment gateways work in Jotform. When a payment gateway like Venmo (powered by PayPal) is enabled, the standard Submit button is replaced by the payment gateway's checkout button (e.g., PayPal Checkout button). This means the Submit button will not stay visible because the form expects the user to complete the payment first.
To have the Submit button remain visible without forcing payment, you can consider the following workaround:
- Use a Single Choice element to create payment options (e.g., Venmo/PayPal and an offline payment method like Check).
- Set up conditional logic to show or hide the payment product list based on the selected payment option.
- For offline payment options, allow the form to be submitted immediately without requiring payment.
- For Venmo/PayPal option, the payment button will appear and require payment before submission.
This way, if the user selects a product without choosing the Venmo payment option, the Submit button can stay visible and allow form submission without forcing payment.
If you want the Submit button to always stay visible regardless of payment selection, unfortunately, this is not possible with payment gateways like Venmo or PayPal because the payment process replaces the Submit button with the payment button.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
