dimensionsedFor a variety of reasons, we need data on the forms in our account. The only way to acquire this data now is to manually manually count/calculate it which is laborious because we've been using JotForm for years and have many forms. And, in the case of storage space, we can't even get that data at all.
It would be great to have this data visible in the UI for each form and totals by label/folder. Alternately, being able to run a report would also work as long as it had the necessary filters such as form type, label/folder, date ranges (created, last activity, last edit). The report should include at minimum each form, number of submissions, storage space used, labels, and all relevant dates.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi dimensionsed,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Currently, Jotform provides ways to view and manage your form submissions and some usage data, but it does not offer a direct UI feature or report that consolidates all the data you requested (such as number of submissions, storage space used, labels, and relevant dates) with advanced filters by form type, label/folder, and date ranges in one place.
However, here are some relevant features that might help you manage and analyze your forms and submissions more efficiently:
- Jotform Inbox allows you to view and manage form submissions with advanced search and filter options, comments, tags, and sharing capabilities.
- Jotform Tables is a powerful tool to view, filter, search, and analyze your form submissions. It supports adding formulas, exporting data, and collaborating with your team. You can access Tables from various parts of your account including Workspace and form pages.
- You can view submissions by form or app, and track assignee submissions if you are using form assignments.
- Account usage details such as submissions, signed documents, payment submissions, and form views are available under your account limits and monthly usage, but detailed storage space usage per form is not currently displayed.
For now, gathering comprehensive data like storage space used per form or generating reports with all the filters you mentioned would require manual compilation from these tools.
You can watch this video for a detailed explanation of how to monitor your account usage and manage submissions effectively: Guide to Monitoring Jotform Account Limits and Upgrades (start at 1:09 for usage details).
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

dimensionsedI am aware of these tools, but they do not do what we need. I would like to add this as a feature request.

Jeric_THi dimensionsed,
Basically, you want a feature where you can see which submission or form has the most usage of the Upload Space, so you can easily track and delete them.
While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.

It's not just the usage of Upload space, but also number of forms and submissions across the account.

Reymae JotForm SupportHi dimensionsed,
The total amount of forms and submissions in your account is visible on the Usage page. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

Reymae JotForm SupportHi dimensionsed,
Can you take a screenshot of your Usage page so we can check if the Total Usage section is missing? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
Regarding viewing the number of forms by label/folder, I will include it in the feature request that Jeric escalated. That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Rica Support Team LeadHi dimensionsed,
Submission Storage in your screenshot refers to the total number of submissions across the account. I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question about the number of forms to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
