Billing Issue: How to Stop Unrecognized Recurrent Charge on Card

    I show a recurrent charge on my card that I do not recognize and do not recall ever agreed to. How do we stop it?

    If you see a recurrent charge on your card that you do not recognize and want to stop it, you can cancel your Jotform subscription to stop further charges.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to Billing in your Jotform account and select Change Plan.
    2. Select the Starter (Free) plan and follow the instructions on your screen to downgrade your account.
    3. After canceling your subscription, your account will remain in your current paid plan until the next billing date. After that, it will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan and no longer be billed.

    If your subscription was purchased through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel it directly through those platforms.

    Once you cancel your subscription, if you want to request a refund, you can do so by filling out the Refund Request form.
