Form Link Slug: Error 'Slug is already in use' when changing

    Hi,

    I am trying to change the forms link below to "LegalDocumentAssistant_dev_new" but I keep getting an error message "Slug is already in use". I went through all my forms and no other forms use that name. - Thanks

    Hi,

Is there any way you can force this this link? we have a reference to this link configured on a web server and the customer does not want to change it.

    Hi AvenuGRM,

    That error means the slug is already taken somewhere in the system. Even if you don’t see it in your forms, it could still be linked to another account.

    Unfortunately, slugs have to be unique, so we can’t force-assign that exact link. You can try using a slightly different version of the name or update the link on your web server if possible. Additionally, you might also want to look into the Enterprise plan, which offers more flexibility with custom domains.
