For our CelebrAsian 2026 Vendor form we have a person trying to submit a form. They sign it and eventually get to the Preview Sign Document Screen. There isn't any conditions or required fields at this point. When they Click Sign Document on the bottom the get an error to fix an error but there is nothing to fix. The person submitting this cannot seem to go back either. I get others forms in no issue so seems isolated to this one person for some reason.

    Hi IAA,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding the issue on your CelebrAsian 2026 Vendor form where a user encounters an error on the Preview Sign Document screen despite no conditions or required fields being present, and they cannot go back, this seems to be an isolated case affecting only that person.

From the information available, errors in signing workflows typically appear if required elements are missing or misconfigured, but since you mentioned there are no conditions or required fields at this point, the issue might be related to the specific user's session or browser environment rather than the form itself.

Here are some steps you can try to help resolve or further diagnose the issue:

    1. Ask the user to clear their browser cache and cookies or try submitting the form using a different browser or device to rule out local browser issues.
    2. Check if the user has any browser extensions or settings that might interfere with form submission or script execution.
    3. Review the form's Sign Automation settings in the Form Builder under Settings > Sign to ensure there are no automation features causing conflicts.
    4. Preview the document from a different signer’s point of view in the Sign Builder to see if any hidden errors or warnings appear that might not be obvious.

If the problem persists only for that one user, it is likely related to their environment rather than the form design.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
