Latest Version of Form Frozen, can you help?

My latest version of my form "Tracts Survey v7" wont flip to "Preview Form" and wont start when i use the published link https://form.jotform.com/260816633921155

the key difference with this version is I added three conditions depending on whether the quiz scores 0-33, 34-66, or 67-100 percent (a field called {Percent Score}

to alleviate any logic issues, i set the conditions so they dont overlap,

> 66.999

< 33.9998

or

<66.998 AND >33.999

can you help me find why my form freezes up now?

I also added 3 autoresponder emails pointing to the 3 conditions, and 3 PDF documents pointed to each relevant autoresponder.

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. Using your links, I was able to start filling the form, and successfully use the Preview Form feature. If you refresh the page, or use a different internet browser, does the freeze persist? Can you share the exact steps you take before the issue happens? Once we hear back from you, we can get moving on a solution.

Yes, you are absolutely right. it was frozen several tries over 15 minutes, but just minutes ago, the page, and the quiz, started running, and seems to follow the logic well. thanks for talking a look, it must have just been some momentary issue.

I think my original logic for my 3 conditions was overlapping, which started the freeze. then when i fixed it, it just took a while to get unfrozen. I do appreciate your quick response!
