Podo: Support SpecialistAccording to our records, the reset password email is being sent to tscully@reagan.com. Please check your spam or junk folder in case it was filtered there. Additionally, consider whitelisting Jotform's sender email or domain to ensure you receive future emails without issues. Here are a few tips to help prevent future email delivery issues:

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking the email address used in creating this support thread, it's linked to a guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be able to receive a reset password email to your email account.
You can use the same email address you did for your Guest account and use it to create a Starter account. To create a new account, you can go to this link. However, if you are asking about another account, can you share with us the username or email address of that account so that we can check?
