Phone Verification: SMS texts not received when adding phone number

    I've tried 2 different phone numbers to add a phone number to my account and the texts aren't coming through.

    To add and verify your phone number on Jotform, follow these steps:

    1. Go to your Account Settings page and click on the Account tab.
    2. Click on Add Phone Number.
    3. Click on the globe icon to choose your country, enter your phone number, and click Next.
    4. Enter the verification code sent to your phone and click Next.
    5. Click Close to finish.

    If you do not receive the verification code, please ensure you have selected the correct country code and entered your phone number correctly. If the issue continues, try clicking Send Again to get a new code.

    Make sure your mobile network allows receiving international SMS if applicable.
