My boss Wes has an account with Jotform and would like to get another person on it or find a way for a person to use the account in some way to help him build the forms he needs. We would like some help from someone there to get through this and would prefer to schedule a call with us.

    Hi Christopher,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding your boss Wes wanting to add another person to his Jotform account to help build forms, Jotform does not provide direct multi-user access to a single account. However, here are some options you can consider:

    • Wes can share forms with others by transferring form ownership or sharing forms for collaboration.
    • Another approach is to use the Jotform Solutions Partner Directory to find third-party consultants who can assist with form building.
    • If you want to build forms collaboratively, you might consider sharing form templates or exporting/importing forms between accounts.

Unfortunately, scheduling a call directly with Jotform support for this purpose is not available. If you want a more personalized experience including dedicated support and scheduled calls, you might want to explore the Jotform Enterprise plan.

Let me know if you want detailed steps on how to share or transfer forms or if you want information about the Solutions Partner Directory.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Christopher,

I'd be happy to help with your question. Jotform does not offer calls to regular customers. If you do want a a service with a customer service phone number Google Forms does offer a customer service number. That said, Jotform does have some methods to help out.

If you do want to get on a call with Jotform, you would need to upgrade to the Jotform Enterprise plan. If you don't want to do that, you can use the alternative methods below.

Feel free to ask any other questions.
