Form Builder AI

After spending 2 hours building a product list form your AI deleted 95% of my product list the problem was the first 3 products in Preview mode where not in order.

YOUR AL Stinks this is not the first time it has done something like this to me on a form

the AI should be able to recover the form before it did the edits

Hi there!

This sounds insanely frustrating, however there are a few ways to get back what has been deleted.

1. Revision history. If you go into the Jotform Form Builder, click on the "all changes saved" text at the top of the form. Then, on the right there is a revision history panel, and you can go through all of the changes AI made. Select the version you'd like to go back to, and click revert.
2. You can also use Ctrl+Z on Windows or Cmd+Z to undo changes immediately.

Please note that restoring an old version will remove fields or submissions added after that older version. You can also try clearing the cache to see if that helps. Thanks!
