PDF Generation: Download Single PDF with Selected Columns from All Submissions Including Signature Images

I'm trying to do what i would think is the most common task of a forms/list management system.

I have a list of signature submissions and I need a pdf containing a table of name, address, signature and submission date. I need the image of the signature not a link.

I've create both a pdf and table report. the table only downloads the first page of submissions and from what i understand the pdf is for a single submission.

To download a PDF containing multiple submissions including the image of the signature (not just a link), here is what you can do:

Using PDF Editor:

1. Click on More and then Open PDF Editor.
2. Click the Download button at the top-right of the PDF Editor.
3. If your form has multiple submissions, a menu will appear allowing you to download either a single submission or all submissions as a Submission PDF.

This will generate a PDF that includes all selected submissions with the actual signature images embedded.

Regarding the table report only downloading the first page of submissions, the PDF Editor method is the best way to get all submissions in one PDF with the images included.

If you want a single PDF that shows all submissions in a table with the actual signature images not just links, you can create a Grid Listing report and then print that report to PDF. Let me show you how:

1. In your Workspace dashboard, click on the Create button in the upper left side of the panel and select the Reports option.
2. Now, select the Grid Listing option in the Report Type menu, select your Form and click on the Next button.
3. Finally, all the field in your form are already checked, click on the Create button and it will automatically redirect to the Grid Listing report.
