Thanks for the ID, that helps a lot.

    1. Since your account usage is now under all limits but the form 242264872716058 still shows “Over quota,” this is likely a stuck quota status on our side rather than anything you can fix from your end.
    2. At this point, the best next step is for our support team to manually resync the quota for that specific form/account, so please open a support request at https://www.jotform.com/contact/ and include: your username (Lolly_Locs), the form ID 242264872716058, and a short note that you’ve already deleted and purged uploads and cleared form cache but the form still shows “Over quota.”_

the above text is from your Ai robot. I need this fixed as soon as possible.

I would also like to express my disappointment in your company relying so heavily on Ai while its very well-known it is causing a terrible resource strain. And additionally, my frustration with not having direct access to a human being to help resolve my issue. It does have me questioning why I pay your company $40 monthly for the past three years, and what that money is used for if not to pay employees to support your customer base.

    Hi Lolly,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your feedback. I understand your frustration with the AI bot. Whenever you need human assistance, you can always ask the bot to transfer you to human support. The fastest way is to create a ticket in the Help Center and request human support. I cleared the form cache on our end and tested the form, and it loaded normally on my side. Here's what it looks like on my end:

Account Usage: Form Showing Over Quota Despite Usage Under Limits Image 1 Screenshot 20 To help me narrow down where the stuck quota status is still appearing, can you let me know if you see it on the direct form link, the embedded version, or both? If the form is embedded on a website, share the page URL as well.A screen recording would help us see exactly what’s happening. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive/Dropbox, then send us the link.

Once I hear back from you, I’ll have a better idea of what’s still causing the issue and how to help.
