    Hey there,

I have used this service for years and form-wise, its GREAT - but the only issue I have, every time, is that its IMPOSSIBLE ( and i've spent hours looking ) to just print a copy of the results. My form includes names and emails and I just need to prnt a list of is, but I cannot access excel or .csv formats, the .pdf only gets emailed and takes hours and I just want to be able to print the results. The "report" function isn't what I need as it adds IPs and things... I just want to be able to print who signed up. There's gotta be an easy way as usually each form takes me 3-4 hours of copy paste to print results.

Help me HAHAHA I'm missing something somewhere.

Basically, I want to be able to print only 4 of my questions from the submissions onto a list.
That's it. name, email, and two other points I need, and print.

I cant be the only. Can you help?

    Marion.

    Hi Marion,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

You can easily print your submissions using Jotform Tables. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Tables, hover over the submission you want to print and click View in the Submission Date column.
    2. In the menu on the right side of the page, click on the Printer icon.
    3. In the window that opens, you can adjust the printing settings. Once you're done, click the Save button at the bottom right corner. That's it.

Or, you can download your submissions at once to print multiple submissions. Let me show you how:

    1. In Tables, select the submissions you want to print. (If you want to download all submissions, you can directly click on the Download All button.)
    2. Then, click on the Download button on the right side of the page.
    3. In the dropdown menu, select the format you want to download. (If you select PDF, you'll receive an email with a link to download a zip file containing the PDF versions of the submissions. Other formats will start downloading as you click them.)

You can check out a screenshot of the email if you download as a PDF:

NO I said THAT does NOT work... the PDF takes hours, and the other two I cannot use

    Hi Marion,

I understand the PDF download taking hours and the other formats not being usable is frustrating. Unfortunately, the standard options for printing or downloading submissions in Jotform Tables are limited to those formats.

One workaround you might consider is using Jotform Tables' filtering and column visibility features to show only the four questions you want (name, email, and the two other points). Then, you can manually copy the visible data from the table and paste it into a document or spreadsheet for printing. This avoids the PDF delay and unwanted data like IP addresses.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Open your form's Table in Jotform.
    2. Hide columns you don’t want to print by clicking the column visibility icon and unchecking unwanted fields.
    3. Select the rows you want to print or copy.
    4. Copy the visible data (Ctrl+C or Cmd+C) and paste it into a document or spreadsheet.
    5. Print from that document as needed.

This method requires some manual work but gives you control over exactly what data to print without waiting for PDF emails or dealing with CSV/Excel files.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

    Hi Marion,

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
