    Hi ForeverGift,

Thanks for using Jotform. I checked your form in desktop mode and noticed that the same field is showing there as well. Here's a screenshot of my result:

I have been using this form since last year and my codes have worked perfectly up until recently.

In the single choice and multiple choice shown on your screen capture, I have originally wrote codes to hide the field labels and use paragraphs to write the questions out instead. I have then wrote codes to make the choices more close to the paragraphs. But as you can see from your screen capture, both paragraphs and field labels are now shown.

But from my computer (see below), the field labels are hidden but the choices are too close to the paragraphs.

    Please help fix:

    1) make sure all unwanted field labels are hidden in all browser including phone

    2)

make sure the paragraphs are not stuck to the choices

    Thank you.

    Hi ForeverGift,

I cloned and tested your form, and I ran into the same issue. The good news is, there’s a quick fix. You just need to remove or delete these extra brackets:

    Line 12:

CSS code to hide field labels no longer working Image 1 Screenshot 40

    Line 133:

CSS code to hide field labels no longer working Image 2 Screenshot 51

    Here's the result:

I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
