I can help with that. You can reset your Jotform password in two ways, depending on whether you’re logged in or not.

If you’re already logged in to your Jotform account:

• Go to your Workspace page.
• Click your Avatar in the top-right corner.
• Click your name to open your Account settings.
• Under the Account tab, click Reset Password.
• Follow the instructions sent to your email to complete the reset.

If you’re not logged in:

• Go to the Jotform Login page.
• Click Forgot Password.
• Enter your username or email, then click Send Reset Instructions.
• Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the password reset email.
• In that email, click Reset Password.
• Enter your new password and click Create a New Password.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked the email you have shared, and it's not related to any Jotform account. If you are unsure what email you have used to create an account, let us know the URL of one of your forms, and we'll be able to locate it that way.

If you know the email of the account, resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
