Nomination Form: 'Nominations have closed' message appears for Seconder despite form being live

    Hi there,

    I cloned this form from last year - it worked well then, however today we have tested it and the Nominator can complete their part of the form, however when the Seconder clicks the link, they receive a message that Nominations have now closed.

    Some advice would be great as the form is live.

    Hi Diana,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Cloning a form does not automatically update the links in your form's email notifications. I’ve checked this form’s Autoresponder Email titled Seconder Signature and can see that it still contains the old form’s URL. This means that recipients are accessing the old, disabled form. Fixing this is simple; you just need to update the form link. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab at the top.

    2. Select Emails on the left panel of the screen.

    3. Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email titled Seconder Signature, then click on the Edit button.

    4. Update the form link, then click on the Save Email button.

    Thank you! I knew it would have been something simple...

    I do have another question - The Seconder receives their email twice, why would this be?
