Sonnyfer Enterprise SupportHi MannaJS,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and see that you currently have the names in the Product List and one name per product. The same names also appear in your Leader Name dropdown. If you wish to show specific names based on the Leader's Name, I'm afraid the Product List as it's not possible to show/hide products conditionally.
Can you explain a bit more about what you're trying to do? Maybe we can offer a workaround if we fully understand your requirement.
Once we hear back from you, we'll have a better idea of what's going on and how to help.

MannaJSI was trying not to have the whole name appear it looks so busy on the p;roducts.. it does need to be on products because there has to be a limit.
i need 2 more things..
1.) how can they get a copy of their response and be able to edit their response in case they make a mistake.2.) 1 form submission per user.. how can we achieve that?thanks

Jeric_THi MannaJS,
Do you mean the name options are available, but not their full name? For example, ADAMILIS RAMOS, so on the dropdown option, you want to show ADMILIS only or similar. Then, when you check the submission data on Jotform, it will show the full name. Is that correct? If yes, we can utilize the calculation value feature on the Dropdown Field. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Dropdown Field and click on the Gear icon on the right side.
2. Next, click on Options on the right panel and turn on Calculation Values
3. Finally, set the value, which is the Full Name.
Then you can copy the value by adding a Form Calculation widget. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the top left side
2. Next, on the left panel, click on the Widgets tab and select Form Calculation.
3. Then, click on the Wand icon on the right side of the widget.
4. On the right panel, select the dropdown field's label and make sure it's set to a string denoted by A-Z.
5. Finally, click on Save.
If you need it hidden on the form filler's end, you can hide it. Here's the demo form that you can test:
Now, I’ve gone ahead and moved your other questions to separate threads to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you with them here:
How can a user edit their submission?
How can we make sure that we only receive one submission per user?
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.
