fromerozHi,
In this moment I have used 71.55 GB of 100 GB, please see the follow picture.
I have erased last week a lot of data from "Export Data" section.
Please, can you tell me how can I decrease the Upload Space?
Thank you very much.
Best Regards,
Fernando

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Fernando,
Thanks for sharing your upload space usage details. From what you described and the image, you have used 71.55 GB out of your 100 GB upload space, and you mentioned deleting a lot of data from the "Export Data" section last week.
According to the latest account recalculation, your upload limits are currently not exceeded, and the usage should update after refreshing the page.
Here is a summary of your current account usage compared to your limits:
Uploads 100.00 GB 21.81 GB Forms 100 46 Submissions 10,000 3,165 Total Submissions 100,000 15,094 Views 1,000,000 3,982 Signed Documents 1,000 4 To decrease your upload space usage, consider the following:
- Delete unused or old uploaded files in your forms and submissions.
- Clear any stored files in the Export Data section again and refresh your account page.
- Check for any large file uploads in your forms and remove or reduce them.
If the space usage does not update immediately after deletion, refreshing the page or logging out and back in can help reflect the changes.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Mary JotForm SupportHi Fernando,
I checked and currently, your Upload Space is now 21.81 GB from 71.55 GB. If you would like to free more space, you will need to delete more submissions with uploaded files. Let me first show you how to delete a submission:
- In Jotform Tables, select the submission you want to delete.
- Next, click on Delete at the top right side of the Tables page.
- Now, in the Confirmation window that opens, click on Move to Trash.
Before deleting, make sure to download the submission first so you have a backup copy. Deleting submissions won’t free up space on your account, and they can be recovered within 30 days. After 30 days, they will be permanently removed. To free up space on your account, you can purge the submissions. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
- Then, click on Trashed Entries.
- Next, in the window that opens on the right side of the page, select the submission you want to delete, and then click on Delete Forever.
- Now, in the Confirmation window that opens, click on Delete.
If your account upload limit is still showing as over the limit, it is also recommended to clear the form cache after purging the data.Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
